The Organized Heart
Summary: A book about bringing your home from a state of chaos to organization. It doesn't give 'how to' tips as much as it treats the way we keep our homes as being issues of the heart. This book touches on busyness, leisure, possessions and perfectionism.
Personal Thoughts: This book actually made me quite angry. Essentially she called a disorganized home sinful. By chapter 6 when she talked about difficult circumstances, I had no desire to listen to her viewpoints anymore. She failed to talk about older kids helping out in the home, she failed to speak about the added
responsibility of homeschooling or the toll of caring for several young children.
